Thank you for sharing, and for the work that you are doing. You are absolutely correct. Racism and white privilege are hard topics to talk about. It takes a lot of patience, and sometimes, people don't have any more. Even well-meaning people. It offers some solace to know there are people like you out there fighting the good fight. :)
